• Processing membership applications
• Contacting members or newsletter subscribers about memberships, news or upcoming events
• Communicating with members or activity participants to request feedback
• Providing trip leaders, coordinators, co-leaders, or first responders with information about participants including their emergency contacts, voluntary medical information, and waiver information for our events
• Coordinating with event participants wishing participate in carpools
