Join us for a Backcountry Women Adventure Women hike exploring the route from Cabin Lake to Jessica Lake along a section of the TCT. This hike may explore some lesser known Whiteshell trails, and post-hike, we'll have the opportunity to stop nearby for a swim!

Arrival Time: Arrive by 9:30 AM. We will begin the hike no later than 10:00 AM. The time arranged allows for you to attend to personal needs such as organizing your gear and for leaders to share information with the group. 

Location: This adventure starts from the Cabin Lake trailhead. Exact meeting location will be shared with registered participants. A valid Manitoba Parks pass is required and can be purchased online.

Overall Difficulty Rating: Due to the factors mentioned below, this activity is rated a 3/5. This rating is subject to change based on prevailing conditions at the time of the activity, including but not limited to weather.

Duration/Distance: Approximately 8-10 kms total
Experience: All skill levels welcome. You should have the ability to walk with the group at a moderate pace for the duration of the activity. Appropriate footwear and layered clothing is required. Poles are optional but recommended.
Terrain: Whiteshell terrain such as open rock faces, and roots and rocks. Expect there may be mud in some areas, and elevation changes. Rocks can get slippery with recent precipitation.

Pace: This activity will be at a steady pace with breaks.
