We’ve joined forces with The Club d’escalade de Saint-Boniface (CESB), which is the Saint Boniface section of the Alpine Club of Canada, to put on an amazing outdoor climbing event just for the Backcountry Women community! Join us as we climb the 60 foot tall outdoor tower with scenic views of the river.
Harnesses and all safety equipment is provided and included with the event. We have limited climbing shoes available. Please bring a clean pair of running shoes to climb in, or your climbing shoes if you own your own pair. Short fingernails are recommended. Please wear comfortable athletic clothing, some extra layers and bring a water bottle.
This event is beginner friendly with no previous climbing experience necessary, so don’t let your fears hold you back! We will have volunteers on site helping us with instruction and support.
NOTE: DUE TO THIS BEING A PRIVATE BACKCOUNTRY WOMEN EVENT CREATED FOR MEMBERS OF THE BACKCOUNTRY WOMEN COMMUNITY, YOU CANNOT APPLY ANY PASSES/MEMBERSHIP YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM CESB TO THIS EVENT.
